North View Primary School is guided by our vision, Inspire Growth, Empower Learning, Shape Tomorrow, and our mission to nurture learner agency through meaningful and connected learning in a caring and enabling environment.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: learning is not only about what students know, but also about who they are becoming. We want our students to grow in knowledge and skills, and to develop the character and confidence to make good choices. At North View, we hope our Northviewans will grow into young people who care for others, think for themselves, and act responsibly.

Our guiding principle, “Students First, Staff is Key,” shapes the way we lead and work. Every decision begins with what is best for our students, while recognising that our committed teachers and staff are at the heart of a good school. We believe in supporting our staff so that they can care for our students, guide their learning, and believe in their potential.

Learning at North View is designed to be meaningful and coherent. Students are encouraged to take ownership of their learning, to try, reflect, and grow through challenges.

Equally important is our commitment to partnership. Children thrive best when school and families work closely together. Together with our parents and partners, we create a supportive environment where students are encouraged to grow and to make a positive difference to those around them.
